The chartered car was brand new, the service was excellent, and the coordination was smooth. The driver was friendly and meticulous, and the provision of water and power banks in the car was very thoughtful. Overall, I was very satisfied.

My family had a pleasant experience. The operations team (Maggie & Manny) communicated with me ahead of the trip, and so I was reassured that they are prepared for us. Raymond, our tour guide, was amazing and very pleasant. He educated us on the history of China, showed us the best photo spots at Gulong Gorge and Cave Fairland and also helped to take some pictures. Even though the trip took longer due to road traffic, it didn't feel as long because the vehicle was very comfortable and the driver was professional. Overall, we had a beautiful tour experience.
