The bus was spacious and clean! 👏 The tour guide's pick-up and drop-off schedule was well-planned, avoiding peak tourist seasons. 👌 The tour guide was handsome! 👍 He provided bilingual (Chinese and English) commentary and was witty and humorous. 👍 The weather was great today, and Mount Fuji looked fantastic in the photos! 👊 Lake Yamanaka, Oshino Hakkai, and Arakura Mountain Park are must-see attractions! 👏★

When climbing to the top, the altitude of nearly 5,000 meters will feel the state of oxygen deprivation, whether psychologically or physically. The service was incredibly responsive throughout. I inquired months in advance, and the staff were all very friendly. Our guide, Mr. Long, was also fantastic! His service was absolutely amazing – a superb smile! His driving skills were top-notch, he was very punctual, and we chatted and laughed the whole way. He even recommended some attractions and good restaurants! He was also very thoughtful (providing directions to restrooms, dining options, etc.). The weather was perfect too! Absolutely amazing! They also have tours to Izu!! And this year's mild winter meant the cherry blossoms in Izu bloomed a few days ago! Everyone, go for it!!! Contact the shop and make your plans now!!! Be sure to wear sunscreen, as the sun is incredibly strong!!★

We queued at the JR Green Counter at Narita Airport to exchange our tickets. We asked the female employee scanning the queue to confirm if we could exchange our tickets there, and she said yes. However, when we got to the counter, the staff said we couldn't exchange them there and had to go to the JR East Travel Service Center across the street. But that center didn't open until 8:30 AM, so we had to wait in line again. We saw many other travelers walking around in queues like us. Fortunately, the staff at the JR East Travel Service Center were very efficient and quickly processed our ticket exchange. They even asked if we had our travel plans and helped us reserve seats for our flights from the airport to Tokyo Station and from Tokyo Station to Echigo-Yuzawa, which was very thoughtful. The ticket price was excellent value, and we were generally satisfied, although the ticket exchange process was a bit confusing.★

Our Mount Fuji tour was absolutely fantastic! We stopped at several scenic locations, each offering amazing photo opportunities. Eason, our guide, was outstanding knowledgeable, friendly, and a great storyteller. He made the whole experience feel seamless and truly memorable. Couldn’t have asked for a better trip!
