[Validity Period]

1. Booking validity period: Physical tickets can be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issue.

2. Validity period of the redeemed "JR Tokyo Wide Pass": 3 consecutive days from the date of first use

※When redeeming at designated locations in Japan, please specify a start date within 1 month.

[Important Notes When Purchasing]

If the name registered at the time of purchase does not match the name on the passport, you will not be able to redeem it at designated locations in Japan. Please ensure that the spelling of your first and middle names and last name is correct.

Important Notes for Redemption

1. When redeeming the "JR Tokyo Wide Pass" at designated locations in Japan, you must present your original passport. Please note that copies of your passport will not be accepted for redemption.

2. When redeeming the "JR Tokyo Wide Pass" at designated locations in Japan, please specify a date within one month as the start date. Note that the start date cannot be changed after redemption.

3. If you wish to redeem 2 or more "JR Tokyo Wide Passes", please note that the start date must not overlap with the validity period (3 days) of any previously redeemed passes. Please specify a non-overlapping date as the start date. For different types of passes (JR East Pass Tohoku Area, Nagano/Niigata), they can be redeemed even if the periods overlap.

4. If eligibility requirements are not met, the pass cannot be redeemed even with a valid booking.

[Important Notes After Redeeming at Designated Locations in Japan]

1. When using, please enter and exit through the automatic ticket gates.

2. Please note that the "JR Tokyo Wide Pass" cannot be reissued if lost, even with proof of purchase such as a booking or receipt.

3. If the travel exceeds the valid area of the "JR Tokyo Wide Area Pass" or uses services not covered by the pass, additional fees will be charged to the passenger.

[Terms of Use]

1. The travel pass is for personal use only. Please carry your passport with you during the validity period and present it when requested by station staff.

2. Once usage begins, the expiration date of this weekly pass cannot be extended nor can a ticket refund be requested due to train suspensions, delays, or any other reasons. Additionally, any additional expenses incurred from itinerary changes, such as transportation or accommodation fees, will not be covered.

(Other)

· Available only to foreign tourists holding a valid passport issued by a government other than Japan. (A valid passport is required for ticket purchase, ticket redemption, and use of the pass.)

The age distinction between adults and children is based on the ticket purchase date. Please verify the age information in your passport.

· Children under 5 years old who require a designated seat must purchase a child pass.

※ The JR ticket counters at "Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station" and "Narita Airport Terminal 2·3 Station" only provide redemption services outside the business hours of "JR EAST Travel Service Center Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station/Narita Airport Terminal 2·3 Station".

※ No redemption QR code, scan passport to issue ticket.
