Reviews: Day Tour to Giza Pyramids, Sakkara, Dahshur Pyramids, and Memphis
Guest User2025-12-26
We went on this tour expecting to be with other people, but instead we were alone with our guide, Emad, who was very knowledgeable, a skilled photographer, and spoke excellent English. He gave us the option of choosing what to do and in what order (starting with Giza or Saqqara). The only downside was that he wanted to take us to a perfume and oil shop, and we never stopped for lunch, but luckily we weren't hungry! Overall, a great experience, and thank you, Emad!

We had an amazing and unforgettable day! We visited and learned a lot about the Egyptian history, pyramids, the museum, the market, and everything there is to see. Thanks to our guide Shady Hamdy! We will see you again! Sounds like you had quite an adventure! 🌟 Anything else you want to share about your trip?

Falling for Ancient Egypt is so easy with Sherif. He is absolutely the best guide - knowledgeable, attentive, with great sense of humour. He was not lecturing to us. On contrary, he was engaging us in a dialogue, sharing historical highlights and archeological insighrs. It is also remarkable how Sherif was explaining cultural specifics and customs. All in all, this day will be remembered. And I am so grateful for it.

The way our guide Mohamed described the evolution of pyramid construction from Djoser’s Step Pyramid to the smooth ones at Giza was incredible. He had visuals on his tablet that helped us imagine the architecture. This gave the day an educational layer that I really appreciated. We were a group of coworkers on a company retreat, and this tour added a cultural dimension to our trip. I also appreciated that lunch was not just “tourist food,” but a real Egyptian meal. The attention to authenticity was something we all noticed.
