Reviews: Japan Kyushu Hidden Gems: Aso Volcano with Free Shuttle + Kusasenri + Takachiho Gorge 1-day Tour

Amazing 1-day tour covering Aso volcano area, Takachiho Gorge, and Kusasenri grassland. Great value for money! Alex is the BEST guide! Knowledgeable, fun, and gave great photo spot tips throughout the day. Note that Aso Volcano crater access depends on safety conditions on the day. We couldn't visit due to this, but the team extended time at other attractions to compensate. Highly recommend! Just be prepared for long bus rides and that Aso Crater access can vary day by day.

Today I must give a huge shout-out to our tour guide, Hedy! She remained calm and composed throughout, meticulously planning everything, always anticipating our needs, and attending to everyone's requirements. She was incredibly thoughtful and reliable. Not only is she highly professional with clear and fluent explanations, but she's also fluent in multiple languages, making communication effortless – a true language genius! This made our journey incredibly smooth and comfortable. The entire trip was comfortable and hassle-free, and everyone sincerely admires and thanks her! With a tour guide like her, the trip was truly perfect!
Reviews: A day trip to view autumn foliage at Kamishimi Kumanozha Shrine in Kumamoto, Japan, Takachiho Gorge in Miyazaki, and Ten'an Kawara.

This was a fantastic day trip with Gogoday! We departed from Hakata Station at 8 AM and arrived back at 6 PM. There was a rest stop at a highway service area. The itinerary included three attractions, and the time allotted was ample, allowing plenty of time to explore each one. Lunch was at Ama-Iwato Shrine, but time was a bit tight, so you could buy food at a nearby supermarket or beforehand at a Lawson convenience store near Hakata Station or at the highway service area. Finally, you could browse souvenir shops at Takachiho Gorge. The tour group consisted of both Chinese and Korean participants. Our guide, Mr. Zheng, first introduced the tour in Chinese and then in Korean. He was very kind and humorous, and there was absolutely no hard selling. He even gave us souvenirs! Thank you! 🙏
