The driver was very punctual. We booked a 5 PM departure time and arrived at the zoo around 6:30 PM. We went straight to see the wildlife show, then took a mini-train to see the herbivores and carnivores. The experience was quite good, although the commentary was only in English, and we only understood about half of it. Due to time constraints, we didn't get to explore the walking area. It would be better to book an earlier departure time, such as 3 PM, for a more complete experience.Trip.com picks
