Overall, the itinerary was good. The only slight disappointment was that our group wasn't given the option to kayak; we were just given a boat tour instead. Some members of our group booked through local travel agencies at the last minute, and the platform price was 50% more expensive than booking directly locally. They felt the current price was really not worth it.

What a wonderful surprise! The five-star cruise ship's facilities and service were both excellent. We took our family there before Chinese New Year, and luckily it wasn't crowded. We had a comfortable and enjoyable day! We're planning to come here for our company team building next time!

Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. The value for money was truly excellent. Thank you.

I chose this tour despite the lack of reviews and was 100% satisfied. Our guide, Ti, was very pleasant and cheerful. He spoke fairly good English and didn't push any extra services. The bus was very comfortable, and everyone was given a bottle of water. On the downside, it was cold on the bus, but this is a base for Asia, so we were prepared and brought warm jackets. The tour was well organized, and our guide shared a lot of interesting information. All tickets for the route were included in the price; we only tipped the boatman, who rowed for almost two hours non-stop. The food was also great; everything was delicious and there was a good selection. When we arrived in Chang Ang, we quickly went straight to the boats without waiting in line, but when we were returning, we saw that there was already a huge line for the boats, which the guide said would take about half an hour. We were very pleased with the tour. I recommend it 💪
