The tour guide personally picked us up from the hotel and provided excellent and responsible service throughout the trip. The five-star Sea Lion cruise ship was also very new, and we were very satisfied with the food, seating arrangements, and explanations. The night before, a Chinese-speaking guide named Ruby added us on WeChat to provide detailed instructions, and she also dropped us off at the hotel that evening. A pleasant day.

Had a great time in Ninh Binh. Such a beautiful part of the world, even on an overcast day. Appreciated that the 3 main parts of the tour were scheduled in a way to get the most of the weather and smaller crowds. The boat tour of Trang An was definitely the favourite part of the tour. The lunch buffet was plentiful. Nothing felt rushed throughout the day. Be sure to take snacks with you. The bus stops on both the way to Ninh Binh and back;however, you get sent through a shop of pricey local goods and trinkets, before getting to the cafe selling hot drinks and sandwiches. Ryan was our fantastic tour guide, keeping us well-informed and looked after with his great knowledge of the area and humourous interactions.

Iris is resting. We were upgraded to the Dolphin, a fantastic boat. The newest and most luxurious boat in the entire marina. It has three floors, a restaurant on the first floor, a pool and stage on the second floor, and a hot tub on the third floor. There's also a sunset party with a band. The entire itinerary was perfectly planned. The service was excellent. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Halong Bay.

We were picked up from our hotel promptly in the morning. A minibus carrying 18 passengers departed. The cruise ship was indeed luxurious, with a small pool on the second floor, perfect for the kids to enjoy while cruising. The lunch buffet was quite good, just enough to fill you up. We visited all three attractions. We took a bamboo raft through a cave filled with wild monkeys. It was a good idea to bring some extra fruit with you to feed the monkeys. On the return trip, we enjoyed the sunset and a simple meal before arriving at the pier, where we were picked up by our usual shuttle. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I celebrated my birthday on this cruise, and it was a wonderful experience. The ship is large, with a swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The food was delicious and offered plenty of variety. The staff were polite and very friendly. From the ship, you can take small boats to join three excursions: exploring caves inside the cliffs, kayaking in the bay, and relaxing on the beach. On the way back, there’s live music and a light dinner. I was even congratulated from the stage and given a small cake, which made me feel really special. I highly recommend this cruise to everyone. The only downside is that the trip is quite short. If you join all the excursions, there isn’t much time left to enjoy the ship itself.

Wonderful way to see Hanoi sights, city, culture. Dave our tour guide was fantastic not to mention our driver Guong. Enjoyed the food & drinks & history info. This was so much fun 🤩
