There was no big difference from the reservation information. I used it around the end of July, but it was good to be able to use it as a result because it was very hot at this time, so it was not realistic to visit multiple places using walking or bicycle. -------The location of the reception box map was less 々, but there is no problem because the red box is visible around the marker
Reception Trip.com voucher printing (English Japanese) and screen were shown, but the girls at the reception were in trouble. After all, I was able to find the ticket by using the translation app and saying, "I think I'm paying."
You will be given a printed paper on the ticket receipt, so you will need it every ride. Let's not lose it. It was a 24-hour ticket on the first visit in the morning, so I will write a note with "9 o'clock".
The ride driver and one girl will attend. The girl will hear "Where do you want to go?" and stop the bus. If you are not good at English, let's talk with the translation app. It goes around in the order of stop route, but if there is no passenger, it does not stop. When you go down to the destination, the girl tells you "what time is the next bus and where to stay" every time. I was often told to come back to this place in about an hour. ◆ I wanted to get off from No. 10 and get off, but I was first advised to get off and get on in order, so I did it. Also, there is a free earphone near the boarding door, so if you connect with the seat, you can listen to the Japanese tourist information. At the starting point of the pass, an uncle of a motorcycle who is not involved will talk to you like a person concerned. It is good for killing time, but be careful.★

My husband and I hired a car, choosing a smaller vehicle, but they sent a very spacious and comfortable one. Besides the driver, there was also a Mandarin-speaking tour guide, making communication in Mandarin throughout the trip much easier. They arrived at the hotel before the scheduled time, very punctual. Our guide, Ms. Wen, was incredibly kind and friendly, taking us to various places. Even when we asked to change our lunch location to something more authentic, she readily obliged, taking us to a delicious and authentic restaurant, and also a great coffee shop. She was happy to answer all our questions about Vietnam, and we had a wonderful chat. She even helped us book dinner after the trip, offering assistance beyond the tour itself. We are also very grateful to the driver; his driving was excellent throughout, ensuring a safe and comfortable journey. Although we didn't talk much with him, his friendliness was evident. We were extremely satisfied with the entire trip, which exceeded our expectations. Everything was outstanding—the time and itinerary, the atmosphere, the communication, and all the details. We highly recommend this car rental company; they are very professional. Thank you again, Ms. Wen, for a wonderful trip!
