Overall, we really enjoyed it. The driver/guide was very friendly and did everything to enhance our experience. The visit is well worth it; it's an incredible phenomenon. As an improvement, we suggest providing translation into other languages, because although the basic rules were understandable, we couldn't fully grasp the details of the guide's explanations throughout the tour.
