My experience taking the AREX Incheon Airport Express was excellent. The journey was quick and stable, making traveling between Incheon Airport and downtown Seoul easy and time-saving. One major advantage is the ability to pre-check in and drop off luggage at some city terminals, then directly board the AREX to the airport, reducing the time and stress of queuing. For travelers with tight schedules, those who prefer to complete procedures early, or those traveling alone, this combination of pre-check-in in the city and the airport express greatly enhances overall travel convenience and peace of mind.★

I purchased my ticket just before boarding, and I was able to easily get my ticket by simply scanning the QR code at the ticket machine at Seoul Station. When using a Korean airline, you can go through immigration and baggage check-in at Seoul Station, and at Incheon Terminal 1, I was able to enter the baggage inspection through the priority lane (the same lane as the flight attendants), so it was very smooth! They sometimes offer a one-for-one deal, but they sell out quickly. There's currently a limited-time, first-come, first-served promotion on another website, so it's a good idea to compare the sites before purchasing.★

If you have credit card, you may buy the ticket in the ticket machine in the bus stop. Otherwise, you have to find the counter to deal with the staff to exchange the ticket by the QR code. However, I still suggest to buy here in first time if you do not have a guide.★

When traveling to Korea, I recommend using the wowpass card. It has two modes of use: as a debit card and as a Tmoney public transportation card. These modes don't overlap. You can't transfer money from one virtual wallet to the other. This is the only inconvenience. Otherwise, the card makes traveling around Seoul and South Korea much easier.★
