How to use
Boarding and ticket redemption point:
Incheon T1: Incheon International Airport Terminal 1, 1F, outside Gate 7, Ticket Office (7A-3)

Incheon T2: Incheon International Airport Terminal 2, B1, west side, bus Ticket Office (No. 21)
인천국제공항 2터미널 지하1층 버스매표소 (21번)
Gangnam COEX: 22, Teheran-ro 87-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea Central Airport Terminal (COEX) Ticket Office

Directions:
On the day of use, present the QR code on your passport and mobile phone to redeem ticket for the ticket of the required Train no. and wait to board the train
Limousine bus operating hours:
Departing from COEX: First bus at 04:10 / Last bus at 21:10, approximately every 25 minutes
Departure from Incheon Airport Terminal 1: First bus at 06:00 / Last bus at 23:30, approximately every 30 minutes
Departure from Incheon Airport Terminal 2: First bus at 05:40 / Last bus at 23:10, approximately every 30 minutes
*The actual departure conditions may be subject to change. Please refer to the on-site operation conditions on the day of travel for details.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 4:00 PM, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 4:00 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
1) The bus cannot specify seats. Please refer to the seat number on the ticket you redeemed on site.
2) The departure interval and itinerary are for reference only and may be subject to change due to traffic conditions. Please refer to the actual departure conditions on the day.
3) Each ticket allows you to carry 2 pieces of luggage weighing less than 23kg for free. Any excess luggage must be paid on site according to the child ticket.
4) After you have exchanged for the physical ticket, please be sure to board the train at the time specified on the ticket. If you fail to board the train due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded
5) The bus ticket is a one-way ticket. Please confirm the direction before purchasing.
