A few explanations about the stopping points and some local stories would be welcome. Seeing the pistons and the waterwheel was a real treat.

Reviews: Mt Titlis Glacier Paradise Tour from Zurich With Lucerne

This was an amazing experience. It was snowing, so we weren’t sure what we were going to be able to do. Although a few things were closed, our tour guide made it the best day ever for us. We agreed that this was one of our favorite days on our entire trip to Europe. We were very impressed with the kindness, respect, fun attitude, and overall positive experience we had. There were surprises along the way, and it was absolutely stunning outside. Because of the snow, our tour bus was one of the only ones on the mountain, creating a magical experience for us. Despite the snow, we still had a really fun day. Our tour guide also based the day off of our wants and needs, so it never felt like we were just sitting around for nothing.
Reviews: Swiss Half Fare Card [Valid for 1 month/50% off Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe/Instant ticket issuance/Half-price tickets for Swiss trains and museums in 90 cities]
Guest User2026-03-26
Definitely recommended if your Switzerland trip is a couple of weeks as train travel is the way to go over there. It’s so convenient purchasing it at Trip.com and the tickets are emailed almost immediately. Be sure to print it out or keep it in your phone as conductors do check your half fare card almost every time. Note that you can purchase attractions like the gornergrat train and the first gondola at half off too.
Reviews: Lucerne: Round-Trip Catamaran Cruise on Lake Lucerne
Guest User2026-03-30
You get in the boat and go across the lake to a single port. You can disembark if you wish and retun in the next boat or just stay aboard and cruise back. Nice way to sightsee. My only slightly negative comment concerns the app that you must download to see your tickets. It was a bit annoying that it kept pushing notifications long after the trip was over. I tried everything to make it stop. I finally had to delete the app.
