I was 100% satisfied with the airport drop-off on my last day. If I'd known about the first-day pickup, I would have definitely booked it. I booked the basic car, but I got a free upgrade to the Alphard. It was twice the price, but it was the best! 😍 My girlfriend was also satisfied.

This was my first time arriving in Japan alone by plane, and it was even at the airport in the middle of the night. I then took a bus to my destination by myself. The Tachikatsu Bus was really convenient, the service was excellent, and they even had Wi-Fi available – it was fantastic!

It was convenient that I didn't have to buy a ticket at the station, but the price was twice as high. Three hours before departure, they sent me directions on where to go. Booking and payments very convinient.But I had problem with understanding how to get tickets and that first was recieved letter of conformation of payment and then after twelve hours they sand tickets with information of bus number and places. It would be greate to get a map and address of bus-stop.


