Absolutely convenient compare to last year. You can directly booked the seats online without having to go to the counter or machine to exchange and choose seats. Price wise it is definitely cheaper than buying on the spot. Better plan and buy these tickets earlier.★

This route is beautiful, but the only downside is that it's quite far. It takes about three hours from Osaka and two hours from Kyoto, so a day trip would definitely be a quick tour. Joining a tour group is more convenient, and the ability to get off in both Kyoto and Osaka is a great bonus! I was very satisfied with our guide, Hu Jun. His explanations of the attractions were clear and thorough. He sent us the locations of each attraction the day before and on the day of the tour. He even used WeChat Line to distinguish between groups from different regions. His service was attentive and highly praised!Trip.com Picks
