I booked my hotel, train tickets, and attractions through Ctrip, and overall, I felt their service was very good, especially their adjustment of the itinerary, which saved me time. There was a mistake with my return train ticket; they made a hard sleeper instead of a soft sleeper, but after some negotiation, it was corrected.★
