Although the weather wasn't great, with a light drizzle, we were lucky enough that the fog didn't detract from the experience upon arrival; in fact, it added to the overall enjoyment. Director Xiao Wang was also very enthusiastic and responsible, providing detailed explanations of each attraction, and the itinerary was well-planned. Overall, the trip was quite successful.

Our tour guide, Liu, is a very kind person. He tries to secure various discounts and activities for the group members, and his itinerary is well-planned. He's also very gentle, humorous, and engaging. This afternoon, I overestimated my stamina and ended up being much later on the way back from the hike. Liu handled the unexpected situation clearly and explained how to rejoin the group. Later, when I needed to leave the group and stay on the mountain, he also explained how to continue the tour, how to use transportation, and so on. He's an excellent tour guide, and if I need a tour group again, I will definitely choose Bailu first.
