We didn't need the shuttle bus from Chengdu, but the entrance tickets were booked for us without any problems. We were able to enter the park with our passports without any problems.

Before using this, I activated roaming on my phone from a network in Thailand, but when I arrived in China, I encountered problems that they couldn't resolve. Out driver was very nice. He treat us well. But this tour only provide you from pick up point then send you to the entrance of the national park and leave you to explore the national park by yourself. No one can understand english. so, good luck.

We left earlier than scheduled. We were planning to get off at the station, have dinner, and catch the bus, but just in case, we looked for the bus first. They said it would leave 30 minutes early. It's a shame we had to leave without dinner, but it was nice that we were able to get to our accommodations sooner. If you're taking this bus, look for it as soon as you arrive at the station! Otherwise, you might miss it. The attached photo shows that there were a lot of buses there, so it wasn't hard to find. They were also very responsive to my questions, which was a huge help in preparing for my trip.
