A very satisfying service experience. I was wary and cautious about traveling to Kazakhstan, fully aware of the potential for scams. Ctrip, at least, has greater credibility and is traceable. The usual story unfolded, but a healthy ecosystem protects customer rights, and the ultimate outcome was a happy one. The high fees are understandable based on international standards, and they also protect customer rights and service quality. I hope to see more cost-effective services in the future.
