Yesterday I received such a warm welcome and excellent service from the team. Everyone was very friendly — it truly felt like traveling with family, and I even made new friends along the way. The staff were attentive, helpful, and gave great guidance throughout the tour. I was able to capture many beautiful photos and videos, and I feel very proud and happy about this experience. I truly enjoyed the activities, riding, and the breathtaking views and atmosphere of all the places we visited. Yesterday I received such a warm welcome and excellent service from the team. Everyone was very friendly — it truly felt like traveling with family, and I even made new friends along the way. The staff were attentive, helpful, and gave great guidance throughout the tour. Overall great experience. Although it was abit cold & windy but Charyn Canyon must go. You need to bring some cash to buy snacks, food and drink along the trip. When you reach to the lake base, you need to pay extra KZT4000 for the soviet van to bring you to the horses ground where leading to the lake. Horse riding was another KZT 8000. I have seen some youtube videos range between KZT6000 - 7500. Basically it was a series of commercial chain otherwise you will be forced to stay at the base (outdoor) and wait for nearly 2 hours for the rest to come back. Nus the guide was good. Great singer, dancer and striper (by request). Driver was good too. Prepare to sit inside supposed to be a very comfy Mercedes Benz Van however travelled at 140 KM/H on icy road (yes i know), it was very bouncy for total 3 hours one way = not comfortable. The van left at 5am from the designated bus stop then return around 9pm. I recommend lunch could be shorter by 30 mins when there was nothing to explore

This is a solid one-day activity to experience the Kazakh outdoors. We went to 5 sites, including a ride on an old Soviet bus and a pony, with a delicious lunch at a local home. If you have more time, stretching it to a two-day trip with an overnight stay in a yurt would probably be better but if you only have a day to spare, do this. We had a pleasant guide, Naz, and driver and they managed a packed day without us feeling too rushed.


