I stayed in Almaty and nearby area. The signal is excellent however there's no signal when I was on the mountain (I think it's the same as other network).
For the short period, I cannot connect to the internet so I ask customer service in Trip.com to help solving problem. They responded so fast and help me solve the problem immediately. I'm really appreciated their prompt services.
