Reviews: [Official Transfer] Hatyai - Pak Bara - Koh Lipe

They picked me up and brought me to Pak Baru very quickly, essentially a private minivan transfer. The ferry departed 20 minutes later. There was a misunderstanding: I booked two adults and one child, and they said only two adults. But they gave me their office phone number, and everything was sorted out without any extra charge.

For the price, it's a great option—a fast, comfortable boat. Next time, we'll book tickets exclusively for this one.

It's really convenient that you can buy tickets in advance on trip.com. And thanks to everyone who left comments; it helped us find where to register before going to International Departure! The entrance to the second floor is right to the right of Starbucks 👌🏻 You can see their turquoise sign up there; I've attached a photo. I think it'll be helpful 🤝 Otherwise, everything is super organized, no fuss or unnecessary problems! I recommend it 💯

The ferry departs on time. If you're traveling very fast, be aware of this and bring your motion sickness pills. It's cold on the ferry, so bring some warm clothing. The air conditioning is very strong.

The pick-up and drop-off service was so convenient; we could just wait for the car at the hotel. Since we were staying at the Phi Phi North Nature Resort, we booked a ride to Lanthong Pier. We had to transfer boats directly at sea near Tonsai Bay, which was a bit inconvenient for those prone to seasickness, as we had to wait for the other boat. We waited quite a while; we departed at 8:30 AM and didn't disembark until 11:30 AM. Then the hotel's tractor came to pick us up. Aside from the long journey time, it was very convenient.

We were picked up on time. There were many competitors offering pick-up services, so I was a little worried about whether we would be able to find the right pick-up company, but there were no problems. We stopped at a drive-in facility for a toilet break, 110km from the airport to the port. The speedboat cuts through the waves quite violently, so it's better to get a seat at the back inside.
