I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.★

Best price I could find to get an eSIM in advance for my trip to Thailand with a local number to receive calls and SMS. Once in Thailand you can download the True- dtac app and change ownership of the card to your passport. Then you should be able to get another data package even at a lower price with the same number. Top up the card in 7-eleven with cash.★

We connected without any problems or complaints; the connection was good. Except for the outlying islands, as I noticed when I had to call the boat captain to pick us up. Overall, everything was great!
