We booked through TripCom, received a booking confirmation, and everything was clearly written in the description. We arrived at the right place based on the pictures, our ticket was confirmed, and we were given stickers with the ferry name. It was very easy, everything was clear.

Very convenient! I bought a Cherkz Prilrzhenie ticket with a hotel transfer. They asked for the hotel name when boarding, told us where to go when disembarking, and that's it! We were the only ones in first class. Just before departure, four more people boarded because there were no seats in economy. Isn't that chic? The transfer driver was a true virtuoso; his driving skills were 100 out of 100! I highly recommend him!

We booked a hotel pick up and ferry from Krabi to PhiPhi and it went very smoothly. The pick up was on time and the van was clean and comfortable . The price was the cheapest we had seen so it was a win win!! Will deffo book this again!!

We booked first class with transfer, as the photos showed standard accommodation in the lower section. In fact, standard accommodation is available on the first floor with proper windows, and you can also stay on deck in good weather. The description promised drinks and snacks, but there were none.
