Our ferry journey from Phuket to Phi Phi Island was quite comfortable. We chose first class, and it turned out to be a good decision. First class is separate from the main cabin, so there weren't many people there, which immediately added to the tranquility. Inside, there are soft sofas, making it comfortable to relax during the journey. Tea, coffee, water, cola, Fanta, and cookies are provided during the journey. The journey itself was calm and comfortable, without any inconveniences. The ticket purchasing process is straightforward, and detailed instructions are sent after booking. At the pier, everything is extremely simple: just go to the gate, show your reservation, and you're immediately on board the ship, without any unnecessary lines or fuss. Furthermore, using the service was cheaper than buying a ticket directly at the pier. Overall, we were satisfied.


