At the reception compared to the Sky Lagoon, they give very brief information, almost nothing. They forgot to mention that you have to request a towel there. This was unpleasant because if you go in, the only way to get back out to the reception is by scanning your wristband at the automatic gate. The water is not too hot.★

Amazing tour! Tbh I expected a mini tour bus, but our tourguide “Evó” came with a minivan. Felt more like a private tour. He was very helpful, accommodating, positive and full of information. I would 100% recommend!Trip.com Picks
