The guide was so well informed . He knew all the history of the era and brought the stories of the Lithuanian people to life. We were fortunate to be in Vilnius on January 12-13th for the commemoration of the freedom protesters by the Soviets.

The initial setup was a bit confusing, but I set it up the day before my trip to Spain began, and it was great that I could use it right up until the day of my trip, just as I had planned. The signal was weak only at one restaurant in Madrid, but it worked well overall in Madrid, Granada, Ronda, Seville, Segovia, and Nerja, so I think I will repurchase it if I need it again :D I haven't used the customer service, so I can't comment on that.
