My friends and I had a great time exploring Machu Pichu with our private guide. Edu is a great guide! Very knowledgeable, knows the history of Machu Pichu by heart. The transportation and ticketing process for Machu Picchu is quite complicated. Since it was the Thanksgiving holiday, I decided to use Ctrip, and it was definitely the right choice. Communication was smooth throughout, and everything went well throughout the day. The Chinese customer service was always online, and the guide who gave us a private tour was very professional. The ticket included a panoramic view of Circuito 1, making it a very good experience.
