I really enjoyed this tour! The day before departure, I received an email confirming the hotel address, and the transfer arrived exactly at the appointed time. Along the way, the guide introduced us and asked about our coffee preferences. Upon arrival, everyone was given their chosen drinks, along with a bottle of water. The early hour worked in our favor—it wasn't too hot, there weren't many people there (the tour groups had significantly increased by the time we left), and it was also convenient for those who combine travel and remote work, as they return to the hotel around 11 a.m. (and the whole day lies ahead). The tour itself was wonderful. My English is intermediate, but I understood most of what he told me, and the guide himself speaks English professionally. He has a very pleasant energy: he speaks profound and wisely, yet has a wonderful sense of humor and is attentive to each member of the group. The lunch was filling and delicious, but we had to order drinks separately. Everything was perfectly organized, and I'm very happy!

We were a group of seven women. We tried booking a car through this platform. The price was a bit higher, but acceptable. The car was excellent, large, with a Type-C to C charger and adjustable seats. However, the driver who was with us for two days was extremely irritable and drove erratically many times. I understand that this might be typical of local drivers, but I still can't get used to it.

The staff were very polite and attentive, making me feel at ease throughout the tour. They were also very helpful with restroom breaks and ticket purchases (for entry). The tour included a visit to the amusement park, a buffet lunch, and finally, a visit to the Hand of God. Since we had already visited Marble Mountains on the first day, they skipped it, which meant we had plenty of free time at the amusement park, and I was very happy about that. At the Hand of God, we were told to take photos and return within five minutes, but I'm sure we exceeded five minutes.

The tour guide Chang was really amazing. Very positive energy. The tour was great. Recommend the Vietnamese restaurant rather than indian. The tour was really great.

We booked the car 1 day before . After booking , we received WhatsApp message from the driver. The driver gave us details and confirmed our booking. The driver pick us up at our hotel on time and sent us safely to Ba Na Hills. We spent whole day in the hill and over the promised return time. Thank you for waiting us, of course they charged us overtime with the little amount. Thank you for the service.


