It's pretty good. I booked a day in advance and didn't know how to redeem the ticket, so I contacted Ctrip customer service. They helped me and told me to go directly to the hotel front desk to redeem the ticket. The hotel staff are very nice👍. They don't discriminate against you just because you're not staying here. They were happy to help me with how to redeem the ticket. The hotel front desk here doesn't redeem tickets. They just take a picture of the itinerary you purchased and tell you what time the boat leaves and ask you to wait in the lobby. I happened to arrive at 11 o'clock, and the hotel staff said it didn't matter if the boat left at 1 o'clock. I had lunch in the hotel restaurant, and I have to say it was better than what I had before. The meal and fish and chips cost a total of 380,000 Indonesian rupiah, which was very good, and it was a quick trip back home (╯▽╰)

Very good. The day before, a staff member will remind you of the check-in time and location. The local staff are also very helpful. The check-in location is quite a distance from the boarding point, but they will escort you there and help with your luggage. They also provide seasickness medicine at the check-in counter.

The service worked flawlessly. The driver contacted us the day before to confirm the transfer time from the hotel to the port. He arrived on time, drove us to the company office, helped us get our ticket, and gave us directions. The VIP lounge service was useless.

The ferry ticket from Bali to Nusa Lembongan is cheaper than the return ticket, so Dream's ferries are more expensive than Tine's. It's recommended to book in advance to avoid price increases, as ferry prices are not fixed.
