Take a speedboat for approximately 45 minutes from Banjar Nyuh Harbor on Nusa Penida Island to arrive at Sanur Harbour in Bali.
Please arrive at the arrival pier at least 1 hr before departure to redeem your ticket.
Present your e-ticket when boarding, and the staff will provide you with a boarding pass.

Booking Tips:
The following times are for reference only. Actual times may vary depending on local transportation conditions.
1. The time indicated is the departure time. The vehicle will pick you up from your hotel 60-90 minutes in advance, so please allow sufficient waiting time. Hotel pickup areas in Bali include: Sanur area, Ubud center (Cocomart Ubud), Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu center, Jimbaran, and Nusa Dua. The driver will pick you up from your Bali hotel and take you to the Sanur Pier VIP lounge. Please wait patiently in the hotel lobby on time. For pickups outside the specified areas, an additional fee of CNY 50 per person will be charged, payable directly to the driver offline.
2. If the cruise operator is Tanis, please arrive at the Sanur Pier VIP Lounge at the blue Trip.com sign 45 minutes before the departure time for ticket redemption and boarding. For other cruise operators, proceed directly to the pier to redeem tickets with the respective company, though you may still utilize the VIP lounge privileges.
3. If you are in a hurry and do not need to visit the VIP lounge, proceed directly to the corresponding ferry company counter at the pier. Present your Trip.com booking number and confirmation slip for ticket redemption. Boarding closes 30 minutes before the latest departure time. During peak transportation hours, allow extra travel time in the morning and evening. No refunds will be issued if you miss the ferry due to personal reasons.
