Great day on the water. We were lucky and the water was super calm. It is very remote. We only saw 2 other boats while we were out on our 2.5 hr cruise. I will say when you get off the first ferry to take the bus over the pass the sand flys are crazy. You need layer and spray. On the boats luckily while you are moving it’s fine. Personally I liked the Milford sound cruise better. I felt like on the first half the boat moves so fast you couldn’t really take anything in until you turned around and came back, which is fine. If you are looking for remote, untouched less commercialized this is it. I think the overnight cruise sounds really cool and actually wish I had done that.

Super nice scenic helicopter ride with 2 stops in cool area. The weather was bad in the morning and the proactively rescheduled for the afternoon. Very good communication. Take the front seats :-)

Even though the day was rainy and foggy, the experience was absolutely wonderful. There was something deeply special about witnessing nature in its wildest and rawest form. The mist added a mysterious beauty to the landscape, and everything felt calm and untouched. The tour was extremely well organized and ran smoothly from start to finish. Sometimes, the weather doesn’t need to be perfect for the experience to be unforgettable. Highly recommended!


