Da Nang International Airport Arrival – Immigration The immigration lines were super long since a bunch of flights arrived at the same time. Luckily, the agency service helped us fast-track with minimal requirements. We booked it while we were already in the regular line, and the process was really quick. Definitely a time-saver!

We quickly found a guide. We went through passport control in about 5 minutes. There were 6-7 people ahead of us. Then we had to wait 15-20 minutes for our suitcases. The overall line was too long, so I recommend it.

Rosie was incredibly helpful when I needed urgent assistance with my Vietnam visa. I had applied for an e-visa over a week earlier, but because of the Chinese New Year holiday it still hadn’t been processed. It was Saturday night and my flight was Monday morning, so I decided to pay for the emergency visa-on-arrival letter instead. Rosie contacted me on WhatsApp within five minutes of my payment and immediately started helping me resolve the issue. The emergency service I paid for normally has about a 4-hour turnaround, but since it was the weekend there were some limitations with processing times. Even so, she kept me updated and was able to get the letter to me the following evening on Sunday, which allowed me to print it before my Monday morning flight. The emergency service is a bit pricey, but it was absolutely worth it compared to the cost of missing my flight and losing my accommodation bookings. Thank you, Rosie, for saving my trip!

I'm actually very skeptic about the online visa agents. I had to book this one out of urgency. But they flipped the script. They are very supportive, helpful and operative. Definitely 5-star service. They are the men of their word. Wonderful
