Global esim was fast even in our layover in Bangkok. The Kazakhstan esim was also fast. I can even use it as a hotspot in my other phone. Although I didn't receive customer support, I was able to download it easily and connect to the internet without any issues. The internet wasn't slow, and I was able to use LINE and YouTube without any issues. I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity.
