I joined the Springbrook Glow Worm Tour and it was such a wonderful experience! The glow worms were magical to see up close, and the whole trip was smooth and enjoyable. Our tour leader (Da Hui) was really good — friendly, knowledgeable, and took great care of everyone throughout the journey. I truly appreciated the clear explanations and the way she made the tour fun and relaxing. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!

It was a fantastic trip! We saw fireflies and the Milky Way! It was so beautiful! Definitely worth seeing! Also, a shout-out to our tour guides; they explained the sights very clearly throughout the trip, and because it was dark, they carefully reminded everyone to watch their step to ensure everyone's safety. And a shout-out to customer service representative Nicole; she responded to messages quickly, answered all our questions, and had a great attitude. I'll definitely choose them again for any other travel plans!

I really wanted to visit two national parks at the same time and see the glowworms. I booked this tour as soon as I saw it. The tour guide was very experienced, provided a lot of information, and even took the initiative to help tourists take photos. I received very comprehensive service. The tour was packed with attractions and full of surprises. It was the most fulfilling and rewarding day I've had since arriving in Australia. I am very grateful to the tour guide.
