I booked a VIP tour this time, and the itinerary was very packed, with five or six boat trips in total, making it a fairly in-depth tour. The Mekong River didn't look very clear; the water was quite yellow and covered with water hyacinths, but there was no unpleasant odor. The island had many plants (various fruits) and animals (pythons, crocodiles, catfish, etc.), and the guide led the tour, providing very enthusiastic explanations. At the narrow section of the river where boats were manually rowed, the guide mentioned that a tip was expected for the rowers. Before the tour ended, the guide suggested that if we were satisfied with the trip, we could also tip him; I felt I had to give him something, otherwise I'd feel awkward.

We enjoyed the tour. Everything was perfectly organized from the start. We were picked up from the hotel on time. Our guide, Lio, communicated with us through a translator since we were in an English-speaking group, but we understood him perfectly. We reached the locations a little earlier than the other groups, so we got great photos without the crowds. The driver drove well, quickly but carefully.

The most satisfying part of the trip; the experience was great. It was a good thing that the shopping locations listed on the website were clearly indicated, and there was no forced shopping or excessive persuasion, nor was there any pressure to stay a certain amount of time. You could stay longer if you were interested, and simply move on if you weren't. The meals, fruits, and activities were all good.

There were 7 people on the day of the tour, and I was very lucky to hear the guide in two languages because the English guide and the Japanese guide were on board. It takes about 90 minutes to get to Mito, but visit at the historic Echoji Temple, tasting coconut crackers, engine boats, locally peculiar small cars, rowing boats, Mito's local dishes, honey tea, Take this tour, such as tasting fresh fruits, and you can experience many Vietnamese experiences. TOILET is a valuable tour with an announcement from the participant's point of view that this is good.

Cannot put into words how wonderful of an experience this was. Despite being 9-10 hours, not once did I feel like it was a long day. Everything was carefully thought out. We really got to experience the Mekong culture in a way that felt authentic and immersive. I can’t recommend this enough and can’t imagine our trip to Saigon without having done this. Also, our tour guide Stark was amazing!!


