We traveled on the night of March 9-10. First, we had to arrive at the check-in counter and print out our ticket. Afterwards, I'll pick you up at the miniliner and take you to the bus. The ride was about 25 minutes, a bit tense, and we finally reached the bus stop. At first, they gave us the wrong bus number, but the issue was quickly resolved through WA. The bus itself was exactly as described. Of course, it's more comfortable if you bring your own pillow, as even a traveler's neck pillow is not comfortable at all. The bus travels really fast, but it honks frequently (especially closer to the city). There were stops because the drivers were transporting something and handing it off to someone on the street. Otherwise, it's quiet; it's great if no one snores. It's much more affordable than a plane, which costs 7 rubles per person. But you need to remember that a bus is not a bed, and if you have trouble sleeping on flights or trains, you'll have the same problem on a bus.★

Fast booking. We were in touch. Very convenient location for boarding. Before the trip, there was tea, coffee, sweets and drinks in the office for those who did not have time to buy them. The bus was delivered on time. The bus itself was comfortable. Everything was in order. Inside there was a small bottle of water and cookies. Two pillows and a blanket. Boarding was at 11 pm. We arrived in Nha Trang at five in the morning. No incidents. Everything was fine. I am satisfied. I recommend it.★

I wanted to take a comfortable, affordable sleeping bus from Nha Trang to Mui Ne, especially one with fewer passengers. So, I researched and chose this bus the day before my trip. It was incredibly cost-effective, and the 22-seater was spacious, clean, and comfortable! However, the only reason I gave it a 4-star rating (if I had a 0.8, I'd give it that) was that Trip.com didn't confirm my reservation, and there was a bit of a mishap when we left. It was a bit of a hassle, but they took care of everything and made sure I got to my destination safely. They took care of everything, making my trip from Mui Ne to Nha Trang a pleasant one. I'll definitely be back!★

Before the trip, staff will inform you of the pick-up point and arrival time. The bus was nice and comfortable, the driver was polite and provided good service. The drive was smooth; I even slept the whole way! 😆
