The information was sent almost two hours before departure. There were no contact details in the booking description. I was waiting for the information on WhatsApp and was really nervous. Otherwise, the seats were extremely comfortable, and everyone had a bottle of water. There was one stop, about 40-50 minutes away, so you'll have time to grab a bite to eat at the cafe. I did get a little seasick on the serpentine road, so be warned.

I liked booking through Trip. A transfer representative contacted me, we clarified everything, and we made arrangements. The ride to Da Nang was fine. It was just a shame the ride was bumpy and I couldn't sleep, but that's not the carrier's fault.

Everything went great. I booked and paid through the secure payment system, and received a booking confirmation within 10-15 minutes. We arrived at the office 45 minutes later, received our ticket, waited a bit, and then were off. The seats were adjustable, all the lights worked, and there were two chargers. Overall, it was very comfortable.

The bus was very comfortable, with a clean restroom, two pillows, a blanket, water, and snacks. We arrived comfortably and refreshed, with no delays. There were several stops for refreshments.
