I booked a trip through tripcom for the first time. I wanted to try a dcar. We were a family of four, and as it turned out, there was no one else, so we had the entire bus to ourselves. The seats were comfortable, we were given a bottle of water and napkins, and we got from Dalat to Nha Trang in 3.5 hours. I had only positive experiences, and I definitely recommend them! The booking process was very simple. After booking, they sent me the pickup and drop-off information that evening, and we arrived half an hour before departure. Overall, our journey was comfortable and very fast! Thank you trip.com, you make traveling so much easier! Good luck!

We had a great trip 👍 and slept the whole way. If there are two adults, take one bed each. You simply won't be able to sleep there together.

It's certainly more comfortable than a regular bus. But at 184 cm tall, I couldn't stretch out fully, so it's best to choose a lower bunk; the top bunk felt a bit queasy during the city ride (accelerator, brake, 90° turns).

Excellent service! The manager was always available, telling me what time and where to be, and checking in on everything. The bus is comfortable: the seat reclines fully, there's a blanket, pillows, water, cookies, and wet wipes. The restroom is clean. I didn't like that the driver made frequent personal stops and played loud music, which interfered with my sleep. Otherwise, it's a very convenient way to travel.
