We booked a private transfer and were very pleased. The car was clean and comfortable, the driver was attentive, and he arrived on time. The only downside was that we were contacted quite late, only 12 hours beforehand.★

The Ho Chi Minh City office has a comfortable waiting area with drinks and snacks. The staff was always ready to help. The bus is clean and has a restroom. The capsule was spacious enough for me (I'm 160 cm tall) and contained a small bottle of water, cookies, wet wipes, pillows, and a blanket. The seat back adjusts from fully reclining to semi-reclining. There's a seat belt. On the downside: my phone never charged a single percent during the entire trip.★

Our first experience on a sleeper bus. My husband and I loved it. We took the top two berths. The space between them was uncomfortable. I put a sweater under myself. We then realized the air conditioning was too strong. I asked the driver for an extra blanket for the return trip. A sweater would definitely come in handy. The cabins have curtains, making for a private sleeping area. The driver drove carefully. We slept the entire way. There was a screen and Wi-Fi. There was a restroom on the bus.★

The service was great. The only problem is tourists from China who disrespectfully were listening to videos and talked on the phone loudly. You should be prepared to meet someone like this and ask for a seat at the back.★

The limo was clean and comfortable, just like last time. The only thing was that it broke down a bit along the way. I had to wait half an hour for a new one. But surrounded by the beauty of Vietnam, it wasn't noticeable. The operator immediately wrote and apologized. They're a reputable company.
