This was one of the best tours we have ever done. Our guide, Isabella, promised us a surprise at every corner. We were not disappointed. The scenery was glorious; Isabella’s explanations and descriptions were very informative; and being seasoned travellers in Japan, this trip was very much out of the ordinary, away from the “touristy” areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore Japan a little deeper.

I had a great time with Mariko! She explained everything very well and while also helping me with more difficult spots she let me try the techniques myself and was very encouraging. Afterwards we had some tea and sweets - I highly recommend learning Kintsugi with Mariko ☺️

it was easy to receive the tickets at the station from the machine. i needed help from staff there to also obtain the reserved seat ticket
