The driver and tour guide were great, Aileen helped me to make sure I could catch my 5pm van to El Nido as the underground river was busy that day. Global esim was fast even in our layover in Bangkok. The Kazakhstan esim was also fast. I can even use it as a hotspot in my other phone. It was sure a good choice when you are traveling to different countries in a span of a week. Instructions in the app was also clear and it was installed immediately.
