We did a tour through the olive groves in Sicily with Francesco and it was such a great experience. He was a fantastic guide and explained everything in a really enthusiastic way. After the tour, he invited us into his home where we met his grandparents, who had prepared all the food themselves. We tasted olive oil and wine and ate some amazing local dishes. Everything was homemade and tasted incredible. They were so welcoming and accommodating, it honestly felt like being a guest in their home rather than on a tour. Such a special and authentic experience - highly recommend.

Excellent excursion! The allotted time is more than enough to see everything, although I wasn't able to visit the castle on December 24th before the holidays, so be sure to check the opening dates. However, even without visiting the castles in Erice, it's still a very good experience! Many thanks to those who organized it!
