Overall, we liked the establishment: beautiful interior, live music with wonderful performers, and the food was also quite tasty. Of the minuses: they brought the wrong dish that we ordered (they mixed up only one item) they wrote it off to translation difficulties, although we pointed our finger at the right dish on the menu twice. We didn't complain, we tried what they brought, but we didn't like it, again, I think because of the difference in cultural and taste preferences. It was a birthday, which we informed about in advance, they forgot the promised compliment in the form of a cupcake and didn't congratulate us. Very unpleasant. I won't take off the establishment's rating, because of this the waiters were left without tips. As for the reservation, everything went amazingly, thank you

Overall, this was a good and fun entertainment experience. We booked VIP seats and were seated on the side of the stage, three of us together. The performers were very professional, energetic, and confident. The male and female models were stylish, good-looking, and clearly well-trained. The dancing was well executed and enjoyable to watch — the show itself was the highlight of the night. The food was average, but we mainly came for the performance, so it did not affect our experience much. We also ordered cocktails at THB 290 per glass. However, I would like to mention one unpleasant experience before boarding. We arrived on time at 5:00 pm to exchange tickets at Anytime Cafe. The Chinese-speaking staff member had a very rude attitude. I asked my question politely, but her response was unfriendly and unprofessional. As this is part of the tourism service, I sincerely hope the management can improve staff attitude and custome service, as first impressions matter a lot to visitors.
