Really.. Every moment was a perfect experience! First of all, he came to the hotel to pick up from dawn and gave me a glass of water! Really... attentive and thankful! On the way to the hot air balloon, he gave me a lot of information about Florence! Very informative ๐ Also, I was a little worried because it was my first time in a hot air balloon, but I was able to ride without fear and not be nervous! If you apply for this tour, you will have a ecstatic and happy experience!! Watching the sunrise in the hot air balloon is a very special experience! ๐ซ ๐ We were lucky to have only our family on the hot air balloon, but the family loved it so much! The hot air balloon driver is also witty and kind!! After riding the hot air balloon, we celebrated and bursting champagne and Tuscany local food made us even more buzzing ๐๐ฅ๐พ I want to come back next time ๐ Special and happy for my family Thank you very much for making me full of memories โจ๐๐ป And thank you for taking pictures and videos with drones and good cameras ๐โ

Terrific tour and great guide. Agota was warm, friendly and very informative. We enjoyed each stop with her and we left very full. We have a much better understanding of Tuscan cuisine. In the end, she recommended some great restaurants to try during our stay as well as places we should check out bring the usual recommended museums. Thanks for a great afternoon!โ

What a fun evening! Several other solo travelers - started off with prosecco and ended with gelato! Each stop was it's own lovely experience; the shop owners and staff were incredible. Loved the wine window! A must do for any visitor to Firenzeโ

Our guide Chiara was exceptional with a depth of knowledge and passion to share for her home. The first venue was a truly authentic heritage visit and possibly the highlight of our tour along with the story.
The venues were varied in atmosphere story and offerings.
Chiara also went over our scheduled time to share with us a brief history (and walk through) the old cinema which is now a bookstore. Something I would have walked past without knowing.
These walking foodie tours are so worth it on many levels and I sought our Urban Adventures after the same tour with them in Barcelona recently.
We had a small group of just the two of us and Chiara as the guide.
Highly recommend Urban Adventures and Chiara!๎ฅ
