We departed from both Shanghai and Beijing, but were combined into one group upon arrival. The trip was quite good. We also opted for a separate day tour, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The key was that both tour guides provided excellent service; there was no pressure to shop, and they even reminded us what not to buy at the attractions, etc. A great trip!

Starting the day with breakfast and dynamic energy. We discovered the Qinghai Lake in the morning and then spent a beautiful time in Chaka Salt Lake. The staff was attentive and friendly. Thank you for this tour.

Extremely satisfied! The hotels were excellent. Villa Bali, part of the Kuta Lagoon Resort, has a great location, is very clean, and is a 10-minute walk from Legian Beach. You can surf or enjoy the sea view. Le Grande Hotel Bali, owned by the son of former Indonesian President Suharto, is new and modern, and also very close to Dream Beach. It's safe to say that this wonderful trip was inseparable from these two hotels.

It's very easy and quick to activate; you can activate it right away in China, very convenient. The signal is okay, smooth with only minor interruptions, but overall it works well. This time I got it for 0 baht because I used coins. I feel it's very worthwhile, especially for those who travel frequently; using coins is more cost-effective.

I felt that Ctrip did a very good job in all aspects. The accommodations, itinerary, tour guide, and driver were all good, although the food was a little lacking. I was extremely satisfied with our tour guide, Yuan Zhuan. He was enthusiastic, professional, and knowledgeable, leaving a deep impression on all the tourists in the group! He made the trip even more perfect!
