The tour was an absolutely fantastic experience. The truck ride up alone was an event in itself. The glacier is breathtakingly beautiful, with all the surrounding mountains and panoramic views. We could have easily stayed longer on the snowmobile. We received excellent instructions and felt safe at all times. We would do it again in a heartbeat, although the price is quite high.

We did this experience a year ago now and we still talk about it highly. Despite the water we got on the glacier, everything was wonderful. A unique experience!

We had an incredible experience on the glacier hike, it was a highlight of our trip! The weather wasn’t the best, lots of wind and rain, but it was so worth it in the end, with the weather improving throughout. Our guides Lucie and Monica were fantastic, with great English and very well organised. Would recommend to others 👌

My booking was originally with BusTravel Iceland and I was transferred to their travel partner Gravel Travel. This was a small group tour and with an amazing tour guide (John in English version of his name) who is also the tour captain/driver. Incredible experience and love every bits of this itinerary


