The customer service can contact and communicate in advance, and it is very good to punch in two classic attractions for a day trip. The itinerary is reasonable, the tour guide is warm and professional, and has been carefully explaining.

This day was incredible. I highly recommend the Rila Seven Lakes. The Rila Shuttle service was perfect for this experience, as they provide all the necessary information to ensure a smooth day and give you complete freedom to choose the activities you enjoy most. Highly recommended.

The meeting point was listed as Sofia Center, bul. "Yanko Sakazov" 7, but it also said "Meet your guide at Vasil Levski Monument." I wasn't sure whether we should meet there first and then take a bus or meet at the designated address (in front of a building under construction), so I inquired via WhatsApp, but received no response. When I arrived, I found several buses parked at the designated address, about a minute's walk from Vasil Levski Monument, so I easily found it. The guide skillfully separated the Spanish and English groups. The tour covered a wide range of topics, including not only tourist attractions but also Bulgaria's history, geographical features, and restaurant information in Sofia. The guide also provided thoughtful instructions, such as bathroom breaks and lunch options. It was a cold, rainy day during the off-season, but the bakery at the Rila Church was open, and I was pleased to receive warm mekitsa.


