Our group of two couples had a fantastic time with Mario! Mario joined us in the water and pointed out sea turtles - we saw two, lion fish, and a huge lobster. Along with all the other beautiful sea life as we swam over amazing coral reefs. The experience was unforgettable and we are so glad we booked this in beautiful Roatan!

It was one of the best tours so far in our vacation. Kayaking was very easy and beautiful. Snorkeling was AMAZING! My husband and son don’t like this types of activities but even they said it was just perfect.

We had an amazing experience with Personalized Tours Roatan and Samuel Mejia! 🚐✨ Instead of being packed into a big tourist van, we had our own private car with great AC, making the day super comfortable. The tour was completely customizable, which made it easy and stress-free. We spent a wonderful morning zip-lining and then visiting the zoo, where we got up close with monkeys, sloths, and tropical birds. 🐒🦥🦜 Samuel knew exactly where to take us and gave us plenty of options along the way—he really knows the best spots on the island! As a family with four kids, we appreciated how smooth and enjoyable the whole process was. We’ll definitely book again on our next trip to Roatan! Highly recommend!

My husband and I did this shore excursion in May 2024 and it was the highlight of our cruise! First we ziplined and the guides there was great and did fun flips and tricks. It was crazy hot, but you are mostly shaded. Then we held sloths and monkeys. It is a typical tour where you wait in a small group to take your turn and it was so fun! Then we went to a beach club where you can rent some chairs and have lunch at the restaurant. Finally we went snorkeling and let me tell you it was probably the most amount of fish that I have ever seen while snorkeling!! There are boat drivers waiting at the dock and our tour guide got us set up with Bubba, the captain, who took just my husband and me out to the reef. It was so beautiful!!! Bubba even fed the fish so they came near the boat. My husband and I thought that this was seriously the best excursion of our cruise! Most places I am satisfied to see once and then move on, but I would totally do Roatan and this tour again! You should totally go and take your families!! As a side note, since I am posting this review 3 months past, I have forgotten the name of our tour guide. But he was amazing!! He took us all over and we only had to share a vehicle with 2 other people which was way better than a large group. We never had to wait on anyone and that is worth the money! I would also recommend bringing cash to tip the zipline guides and the boat captain. The only other cash I spent was at the restaurant for lunch and the beach chairs.


