The bus itself is great. Super comfortable. The bookung process was not so simple, after booking had to contact them on whatsapp to make arrangements. The pick up process at Noi Bai airport was a bit confusing since the bus was late and arrived to a parking lot nearby, not to the pillar 1 at the terminal. But overall worked well for me.★

This tour doesn't include a visit to Mount Fansipan. We only go to a Hmong village and Moana Cafe. The guide, SoSo, was excellent.
