Riku provided a great private tour at a perfect pace. I was able to tailor the tour to fit exactly the sites I wanted to see and do the things I wanted, both during the planning stages and during the tour itself. Riko was a good communicator and provided a perfect amount of information during the 8-hour tour. The entire tour went like clockwork. I got to see some important historical and cultural sites, explore some local shops and eat the local delicious specialties. I definitely recommend Riko as a guide.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff arrived at the hotel on time to pick us up, and the trip to the attractions went smoothly, making for a pleasant trip. However, at Ginzan Onsen, I think it would be better if the tour bus could take us a few hundred meters further to the entrance, which would reduce the time spent queuing for the shuttle bus.

The experience was fantastic! Even though the foxes were molting, their calls were so cute. Seeing so many foxes at once was amazing. We also visited Ginzan Onsen. The birthplace of Spirited Away is truly beautiful. Our guide, Xiao Li, was very dedicated! He shared many details and stories with us, and even gave us maps and important information—very helpful!!

The tour guide and driver were excellent. When a friend injured their foot, the driver immediately helped them find a doctor and acted as a translator. We are truly grateful to him. Also, Ginzan Onsen is beautiful, with a scene reminiscent of Spirited Away; it's definitely worth visiting again. We had a great time throughout the trip and would book again next time.
