The guide's ability to speak Italian was excellent, his skill and knowledge were shared with historical stories, advice, and suggestions. I absolutely didn't like that the entrance and visit to the Boyana Church took 6 minutes (basically, with a 6.14 cent ticket, it was 1 euro per minute). You could add pickup points, not just in front of the embassy. I contacted you several times, but it seems my system didn't support the "manage reservation" feature.

Our guide Alexander was very well knowledged and had very interesting answers to all our questions. He is a very safe driver even in the icy mountain roads. We had a lot of time to vist the monestary and we were very well informed about its story, all very well explained by alexander. Even though the driving distance was long, we were never bored and we never reached for our phones, we played music and had very interesting talks with Alexander. I recommend this trip very much, they take care of you very well and make sure that you enjoy your time during this trip.

The monastery was very beautiful and the 7 Rila lakes was amazing as well the walk is about 2-3 hours and very beautiful. The guide made a good atmosphere in the car and the people were also very nice

This day was incredible. I highly recommend the Rila Seven Lakes. The Rila Shuttle service was perfect for this experience, as they provide all the necessary information to ensure a smooth day and give you complete freedom to choose the activities you enjoy most. Highly recommended.


