Reviews: Britannia Mine Museum General Admission
Guest User2025-09-14
On every trip we are looking for an industrial visit and Britannia Mine Museum qualified and yielded in ways we never expected. Not only was there a detailed account of the industrial processes associated with the mine, but there as also an indoor sound & light show, a train ride, a museum and a (fool's) gold quest using water and trays, and a lot of sand. The only minus was that our guide made no reference whatsoever to the First Nation on whose unceded land the mine was built. That was quite shameful considering that nearly all places we visited in British Columbia and Alberta welcomed visitors paying respect to First Nations.

Actually went with Grayline tours. Good day out with a charismatic guide who was very passionate and knowledgeable. Driver was safe and efficient. Sea to sky gondola was magnificent and totally worth while - could have done with at least another 30 minutes up here if not an hour - brilliant attraction. As for Whistler? Simply don’t bother. If you like tourist traps with little other than average food stops and tacky gift shops then this is the place for you. If not avoid like the plague and find another way to get to the sea to sky gondola. This will save you a great deal of wasted time (circa 4 hours) as well I suspect a chunk of change. The stops at the lookout and the falls on the way home are pleasing but not worth travelling all the way up to Whistler for the excuse to drop in on the way home and in fact the falls is very close to the gondola so could perhaps be combined here. Whistler is grossly over rated out of season and I recommend not bothering (in case you have not already got that message!) .

Our guides Tom Mila and Shaun were great. We felt very safe and comfortable with them. It was our first time white water rafting. It was a lot of fun! We saw a lot of Salmon in the river. It was very cool. My husband and I even jumped into the river from the raft for a nice cool plunge with the guides help. Shaun also took great pics which we will treasure. Another check on our bucket list!!
Reviews: Squamish: Via Ferrata Climbing Adventure
Guest User2025-11-10
LOVED this activity! Our guide (Victor) was informative, friendly and wonderfully supportive of nervous climbers but equally didn't "mother hen' the more experienced of the group. He took and shared many gorgeous photos of our time with him, allowing us to enjoy more and snap less. The day was brilliant and the time over too soon. Would definitely stop Via Ferrata again with MSAA. Five stars.
Reviews: Whistler: Ziplining Experience
Guest User2026-02-22
An absolutely incredible experience in Whistler! The ziplining was simply amazing, thrilling, breathtaking views over the forest and mountains, and such a unique way to experience nature. Our guides were outstanding from start to finish: professional, reassuring, super friendly, and full of great energy. We felt completely safe the entire time, even though it was our first time ziplining. Everything was perfectly organized, and the scenery is just magical. This is an absolute must-do activity in Whistler, whether you’re visiting in winter or summer. Highly recommend 100%! 💛
